Terms of Service — ColorDrop Frenzy

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use. You also remain subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Game, except where the law expressly allows it;
• cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use bots or modified clients to gain an advantage or interfere with the Game, its ads or its purchases;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose; or
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notices.

• The Game offers an optional "Remove Ads" purchase. It removes banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch, for example to continue a run, may still be offered.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment terms and refund policy. Refund requests are handled by Google; see https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.
• Purchases are linked to your Google Play account and can be restored with the Restore button in the Game.
• Items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

The Game is free and supported by ads from third parties such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites and apps they link to. Our Privacy Policy explains how ad-related data is handled.

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Game, including its code, graphics, sounds, music, text and the "ColorDrop Frenzy" name, belongs to Dekels Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party assets are used under their respective licences.

Your progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data or change devices. We may update, change, suspend or stop the Game, or any feature, at any time. We are not liable for lost progress, scores or settings.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dekels Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing, it is limited to USD 10. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These Terms apply until ended by you or us. You may end them at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may end your licence if you break these Terms. Sections 7 and 9–13 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will show the latest version. If you continue to use the Game after an update, you accept the new Terms.

Nothing in these Terms takes away any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
